Under 17 Div. II Wishmitha, Avishka guide Christ King to final

Two fine unbeaten knocks by Wishmitha Aloka and Avishka Nirmal paved the way for Christ King College Ja-ela to record a comfortable five-wicket win over fancied Zahira College Colombo in the Under 17 Division Two limited over semi-final encounter played at Darley Road yesterday.  

Wishmitha made an unbeaten 69 which had eight boundaries while Avishka hit a quick fire 64 in 62 balls inclusive of six boundaries and three sixes and the pair shared an unbroken 107 runs stand for the sixth wicket for Christ King College chasing 181 runs for victory to race to the target in the 42nd over for them to book the berth to the final.
