Under 19 Cricket Ryan shines, S. Thomas’ dominate

Ryan Fernando shone with an unbeaten knock of 73 as S. Thomas’ College dominated against Ananda College on day one of the Under 19 inter-school cricket encounter played at the SSC ground.

Ananda taking first lease of the wicket succumbed to Charuka Peiris who ended with impressive figures of 5 for 29.
S. Thomas’ in their turn helped by Fernando's unbeaten knock ended the day on 160 for 6. The match will be continued today.
