Under-19 Provincial Youth League Colombo South Zone 2 maintain unbeaten record

Colombo South Zone 2 maintained their unbeaten record in the ongoing Under-19 Provincial Youth League limited overs tournament by chalking up their fourth successive win when they recorded a comfortable five-wicket win over Kalutara Zone 1 in the match played at Moratuwa.


The low-scoring match saw Kalutara Zone 1, taking first lease of the wicket, being bowled out for 140, and Colombo South Zone 2, in their run chase, reaching the target with ease in the 24th over.


In the other matches that were played, Batticaloa, along with Color South Zone 1 and Ratnapura, came out victorious against Trincomalee, Kalutara Zone 2, and Monaragala, respectively.
