Vidullanka PLC backs Sri Lankan squash star

The third seed in the Asian Junior Squash Rankings and Sri Lanka’s Junior National champion for three successive years Nevidu Lakman was rewarded for his consistency with a sponsorship of Rs. 1.5m from Vidullanka PLC.   

Lakman secured third place at the recent 43rd Senior Squash Nationals and was able to rise to 320th place in the PSA International Rankings.   

The latest sponsorship to Lakman will be a tremendous boost to improve on his PSA International Rankings as well as to participate in the upcoming international tournaments.   
The sponsorship was presented to Lakman by Vidullanka PLC Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Riyash Sangani in the presence of Sri Lanka Squash (SLS) Vice-President Rohantha Peiris and Sports Minister Harin Fernando.
