Sri Lanka men’s and women’s squash teams got a huge boost as Yeti joined them as their official energy drink partner for the 22nd Asian Squash Team Championship 2024 in Dalian, China, from June 12–16.

Season campaigner Ravindu Laksiri heads the Sri Lanka men’s team, which includes Shamil Wakeel, Sharif Hakeem, and Methmal Wood, while the experienced Chanithma Sinaly leads the Sri Lanka women’s team, which includes Dewmini Gallage, Yeheni Kuruppu, and Ranliya Wood.

The Sri Lanka men’s team, ranked seventh among 14 countries, is all set to make their mark alongside top-seeded Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, and others.

The Sri Lanka women’s team, ranked sixth among 12 teams, will compete against tough contenders like Hong Kong, China, and Japan in Pool ‘B’.

Meanwhile, Gihan Suwaris will be the men’s team coach/team manager, and Naduni Gunawardena will be the women’s team head coach.
