Spotted at the Colombo Brunch Club: Episode One at Ask for Fern, Colombo.

The Colombo Brunch Club is an Arts and Entertainment group that was formed to ignite a day-time brunch party culture in Sri Lanka. The first episode featured a line up of eight of the island's most loved DJ's which included The Music Director, DJ Sarini, DJ Davis Machin and DJ Clifford Isaac, to name a few. A live Saxophone player, a Congo player, and an Estonian Face-Painting Artist kept the guests entertained till midnight. The Brunch menu for Episode One, was curated by culinarian Surith Adhihetty. The decadently delicious selection of gourmet brunch dishes were created by this young Sri Lankan-Australian chef blending a variety of cuisines and flavors, all of which he has immersed and experienced in his culinary journey.
