November is a month of accolades as Emirates clinched ‘Airline of the Year’ at the Arabian Business Achievement Awards, ‘Favourite Airline Premier Cabin Middle East’ at the Conde Nast Traveller Middle East Readers’ Choice Awards, and ‘Best Business Class’ and ‘Best Airline Lounge’ - at the inaugural Middle East Ultimate Luxury Travel Related Awards (ULTRAs).

Collecting the awards at the Middle East ULTRAs, Adel Al Redha, Emirates’ Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer said: “We are honoured by these accolades, which speak to our ongoing investments and efforts to provide exceptional experiences for our passengers day in and day out through our product offering. When it comes to winning customers and retaining them, it is a long and rewarding journey. That is why we take a long-term view when it comes to investing in innovation and new product development. Combine that with our team of talented and passionate frontline service staff on the ground and on board, and that is our winning formula. I take this opportunity to thank all our team members for their effort and placing our customers’ needs as a priority.”
The Arabian Business Achievement Awards is an annual event that recognises success, innovation and ethics – for both corporates and individuals across the Middle East.

The Conde Nast Traveller Middle East Readers’ Choice Awards is an annual survey for its readers to nominate their best travel and hospitality experiences both in the Middle East and international destinations.

The Middle East ULTRAs, voted for by readers of Ultratravel Middle East magazine, honours the best in luxury travel and premium hospitality brands based on consumer votes. It follows a similar format to the prestigious ULTRAs in the UK which has been running for a decade, where Emirates was voted “Best long-haul Business Class” by readers of the Ultratravel UK edition earlier this year.
