A 200gram egg.

A hen in a poultry farm in Andugoda in  Dickkumbura off Ahangama has laid unusually a large egg weighing 200grms. The owner of the poultry farm Katunaratne said that he found the when he was collecting eggs this morning. The egg was twice larger than other eggs and it could be easily distinguished from other eggs.  It is about 5.5 inches long and 8 inches in circumference. The farmer said normally an egg would be weighing about 80-90grms but this particular egg is weighing 200grms.
