All-round sportsman Qasim Moosajee was the cynosure of all eyes as he won the Chairman’s Award at the 2023/24 Annual Graduation Ceremony of the British School in Colombo (BSC) and held at the school auditorium recently.
The Deputy Head Prefect was presented with the prestigious Chairman’s Award for his outstanding achievements, dedication and services to the school in extracurricular activities.
Qasim brought great honour to the BSC by participating in the Junior National Rowing Championships where they secured one Silver Medal and one Bronze Medal in the Boys Under-18 category.      
He also had the opportunity to display his skills as a young golfer while competing against some of the best competitors at the Sri Lanka Junior Match Play Championships, conducted by Sri Lanka Golf.        
Qasim was also a key member of the Scott House and was rewarded for his hard work with the Best Contribution Award for house activities.
