Seasoned golfers, Chalitha Pushpika and youngster Kumar Dhanushan will tee-off in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from today at the UAE Cup Golf Tournament, which will conclude on October 27 at the Al Ain Equestrian Shooting and Golf Club, UAE.
SriLankan Air Lines have sponsored the two players on this tour. 
Both players are renowned for their impressive skills and dedication to the sport. The event promises to show up the top amateur golfers from the UAE and around the globe, with the Elite division competing for the coveted World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR) Points. 

Pushpika and Dhanushan are not just aiming for personal accolades but also hope to elevate Sri Lanka’s presence on the international golf stage. 
With an opportunity for the top Men and Women golfers to earn invitations to the Challenger Tour and Ladies’ European Tour events, the stakes are high.
