Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) became the winner of the Indian Premier League (IPL)'s17th season on Sunday, May 26 when as it beat the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) to be crowned champions of IPL 2024. 

For KKR, it is their third trophy in the history of the richest cricket league. They last won the title in 2014 and their first one in 2012.
