The junior selectors have selected Manudi Nanayakkara of Princess of Wales College, Moratuwa to lead a squad of 15 players for the forthcoming four-match T20 series against Bangladesh Girls’ Under-19 scheduled to be played from January 3 at Thurstan College Grounds.
Rashmika Sewwandi of Anura BV, Matara will be the Deputy Skipper and the selectors have retained the squad that participated at the recently concluded Women’s Under-19 Asia Cup which was held in Malaysia.
The second match too will be played at Thurstan on January 5 with the third match at the Surrey Village Grounds in Maggona on January 7 and the fourth match at the BRC Grounds on January 9.
The first two matches will be played from 2.00 p.m. and the last two matches from 10.00 a.m.
