Richmond College Galle’s baseball team won the All Island Schools Under 20 Baseball Boys Championship conducted by the Sri Lanka Schools’ Baseball Association.

Richmond defeated Royal College in the final to emerge champions.

D. S. Senanayake College, Colombo won third place in the tournament.

Piushan Tareen Wimalaweera (Richmond) was adjudged the best batter of the tournament and Indusara Bamunukula (Richmond) was picked as the most valuable player of the tournament.
