Shenushi Tamasha – a rising karate star

Shenushi Tamasha of Henarathgoda Keppetipola Maha Vidyalaya, Gampaha, who won a Gold Medal in the Under-16 to 17 years Black Belt Kumto event at the 2024 Sri Lanka Schools Karate Championship, is a rising star in Inter-Schools karate.

This tournament was held at the Sugathadasa Stadium in Colombo under the auspices of the Sri Lanka Schools Karate Association and over 100 school athletes participated in this event.
Shenushi said her goal is to continue in the sport of karate and win medals at national and international-level in the future. (SP)
