Mihini Dasanayaka and Nimesh Abeykoon

 Wickramabahu National School and Jinaraja Girls School of Gampola won the 24th Sri Lanka School Boys’ and Girls’ Judo championship held at Jayathilaka Indoor Stadium, Nawalapitiya.   
Athletes from 80 schools participated in this tournament conducted by the Sri Lanka Schools Judo Association.   
The runners-up in the competition were Anuruddha Kumara National School, Nawalapitiya (boys) and Girls High School, Kandy (girls).   
The third place was won by Kuruduwatta Royal High School, Gampola (boys’) while Pushpadana Girls High School, Kandy and Panwila Plain High School, Gampola were joint third.
