Pulathisi Express, a new train to Polonnaruwa was flagged off by President Maithripala Sirisena, Minister Arjuna Ranatunga and High Commissioner of India to Sri Lanka, Taranjit Singh Sandhu this afternoon from Fort Railway Station in Colombo.
