He should be the minister of sports not the deputy. The new minister of sports is a chartered accountancy, older gentleman and therefore does not have the expertise or background to lead a sports ministry with understanding or experience.

Education ministry portfolio should have been given to Mahinda Jayasinghe for the immense service rendered while he was teacher. A teacher never stepped in to a classroom but engaged with strikes.
