SJB to take action against Fonseka this week

Colombo, June 24 (Daily Mirror) - The Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) is to take disciplinary action against its Chairman Sarath Fonseka this week, Party General Secretary Ranjith Madduma Bandara said yesterday.

Madduma Bandara told Daily Mirror that the party’s working committee will be convened this week to decide on a course of action against Fonseka.

“One has to work according to the policies of a party irrespective of his position in the party. Fonseka does not seem to be acting in a disciplined manner. He should learn to work with the party leader as long as he is in the party. Therefore, we are getting ready to take action against him. The Working Committee will decide on a course of action against him this week,” he said.
Asked about MP Rajitha Senaratne who has been praising President Ranil Wickremesinghe lately, the SJB General Secretary said there is no move to take action against him.” Rajitha does not criticize the SJB leader in a harsh manner like Fonseka does,” he said.

So before the fight for the Election, the fighting is going on within the Party. You cannot take action against Foseka, since he is telling the truth. Because no MPs should be dictacted to praise the leader blindly to get allocation of time to speak. There are elected leaders who have looted public funds.

We are very reluctant to talk about the party politics. Although Sarath Fonseka slams and criticises his own party leadership he is also like a spittoon. Thus SF has been marginalised and rejected by the other powerful political parties as he is believed to be a double standard shrewd politician. Whatsoever any party which SF represents may lose either the presidential or general election whichever is to be held in the future

To clear the doubt Sajith should tell the country from where he get so much of money to give busses and class rooms to schools. Country has right to know whether he use his personal funds or funds from someone to make these contributions which involve millions of rupees.

Yes, all measures should be taken to expel him from the party. His utterances in the parliament n elsewhere is a disturbance to the SJB leader and a time waste for the other members of the party, whereas everyone in the party should rigorously concentrate on the party rally around the country for votes at the Prez election and also the forthcoming General election. SJB will face stiff competition from other two main parties. A fruitful political alliance with serious factions will be strengthen the party's success in the election. Sajith has to avoid talking politics in schools, instead attend the rallies organised by the other MPs. Go for the youth support which is crucial for winning the elections. Good luck.

Fonseka does not have any more credibility among the public and worse than famous political frogs. Probably end up in political dustbin after next election with rw. He is likely to be the prime ministerial candidate of Ranils fraction. So this will result in slpp officially leaving ranil fraction except lanzas group. Good lesson for slpp for electing rw when people already rejected him multiple times. Lol
