Because the vote is rigged. If it is not how can things like what has happened in Puttalam occur. So without independent commissions, including an Independent Election Commission, no election can be considered as free and fair. Also Election should be conducted under a caretaker government for fair and free election.

Nims' comment is very unfair. Generally actions of persons whose appearance is not pleasant are very reasonable and most acceptable to many than those whose appearance is pleasant.

@ Nims - Appearance does not show the True Nature. Look at the Norms of the issue. Can you go out and say something against the Govt. in Sri Lanka publicly like in other countries? You will be taken into custody and that may be your last day you would have seen the Sun and the Moon. So what do you say????
