Former president Chandrika Kumaratunge said today the Mahinda Rajapaksa government had initiated development projects illegally without finding funds needed for them and that the present government has had to pay back the loans obtained by them at exorbitant interest rates.

Stop worrying and commenting on the previous regime and start doing something to truly impress the VOTERS. The voters are getting fed-up with fake arrests. If arrests are made, carry it through. Tell Managala to stop his contacts with the GTF and the diaspora till AFTER the elections. Take stringent action against those in the various departments and Ministries who, even now are suspect of corruption. Before it is too late.
