I see adults wearing seat belts but not the kids. It is essential that even kids wear seat belts while using the freeway.

I see adults wearing seat belts and keeping children in the front seat. It is very dangerous. Children should be in the rear seat and also should wear seat belts. Separate car seat should be used for a baby.

I agrre with SaliyaJ. Kids must wear seat belts or sit in speacial seats at the back. Otherwise, if the vehicle had to break suddenly, kids would get thown out like projectiles.

there is no point implementing seat belts. if the adult is going to have a kid in front seated on the mothers lap. they should introduce child restrainer's.

Yes, that is BASIC. All should wear seat-belts and NO children in between the front seat passengers!!! Well, I guess they will learn, by trial and error.

It is important that an educational video is released giving valuable safety information on the use of the freeway. All the passengers should wear seatbelts. Children should be seated at the back of the vehicle and never on the lap of the mother. If there is an accident the child will hit the dashboard at very high speed or will be thrown out through the windscreen. People need to know the added risk of "flight" of unrestrained objects inside a fast moving vehicle. Even an umbrella kept below the back window of a car will become lethal in a collision when it could fly off and pierce through the head of a passenger. A child seated at the back seat without a seat belt could be thrown forward hitting passengers at the front causing serious injuries or even death to both.
The Department of Transport should release a video before we lose lives on the freeway

Kids within a certain hight limit have to use the booster seats and then the seat belt.. That's how foreign countries use the seat belts.

Seat belt is essential for everyone. Children on the front seat is a crime! Children above 3.5 feet should sit at the back wearing a seat belt, and children shorter than that should sit on the booster seat, on the back seat, which is also btw buckled to the seat belt.

Seat belt should be compulsory for kids.. and kids should be positiioned in the back seat. If the kids are so small then booster seat to be used. In such a way kids will not be strangled to death.
